What makes City DJ Service different?
Sound quality, sound quality, sound quality…

Many DJs save money by downloading specific songs, which are in compressed “lossy” 96-128 kbps format (AAC/MP3), with an 8 bit sampling resolution.  This results in a loss of high and low end frequencies.

At City DJ Service, by always purchasing CDs, we assure you outstanding sound in uncompressed “lossless” 1411 kbps format (AIFF), with a 16 bit sampling resolution.

Sound quality is further enhanced with Lucid digital to analog converters resulting in a richer, fuller sound.

Because each song in our library is about 11 times larger than a compressed track, we purchased two 400 GB external hard drives to provide the extra space. For more information on sound quality, click on the following links.
